Akash is a Manager within Deloitte’s Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3) practice, with a strong focus on clean technology. During his time at Deloitte, he has been heavily involved in managing, assessing and preparing technical aspects for various Clean Economy projects as well as SR&ED claims. He has managed and provided support for engagements across various industries, including clean tech, mining, oil and gas, utilities, and manufacturing.

Akash is a Mechanical Engineer with over 7 years of previous experience in Utilities and Manufacturing industries in various capacities. He brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to his role. He has worked as a site engineer, managing several large capital and construction projects, including projects at the first world’s first post-combustion CCUS on a power plant. Additionally, he developed decarbonization strategies to meet net-zero emissions goal for a provincial utility, and specializes in various emerging technologies such as CCUS, wind, solar, hydrogen, BESS, CAES etc.
