David Billedeau is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Hydrogen Association (CHA). He brings extensive expertise in government relations, sustainability, and industry advocacy. Previously, he served as Vice President, Climate and Environment at the Canadian Steel Producers Association, advanced national sustainability campaigns with the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and supported government relations at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. Dr. Billedeau holds a PhD in Sustainability Management from the University of Waterloo, where he was a research fellow at the Energy Council of Canada.
